Ride service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bookings are on a first-come first-serve basis and are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to reject any ride booking. Hirer, whether or not one of the Passengers, has to remind all Passengers all terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement.
The maximum free waiting time for each transfer as below
1. From Airport: 60 Minutes after flight landed.
2. To Airport, pick up at City District: 15 Minutes after designated pick up.
After the free waiting time, driver will contact the client, if driver can't contact with client, the ride status will be "no show" and no fee will be refund. If client request to wait, after free waiting time, HK$5 will be charged for every minutes.
The travelling route is subject to the discretion of ride service Chauffeur.
Over 3 hours from the departure time, no cancellation fee, and otherwise cancellation fee will be 100% of the ride fee.
Trip Link reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of any booked ride without prior notice to the User(s), and will not be responsible for any delay or lost due to the unavailable of the ride service. The situations include but not limit to:
1. Severe weather conditions such as typhoon, rainstorm, etc.
2. Severe road conditions
3. Safety of any Passenger, Chauffeur, and/or other road user
4. Stowage of overload / oversized / irregular luggage items
When a cancellation is occurred, a full refund of ride fare by cheque to the Hirer's account, will be arranged. The refund would be deposited to the Hirer's account within 7 working days.
All Users must wear a seat belt. If any Passenger fails to do so, Chauffeur has the right to refuse giving ride to that Passenger and ask that Passenger to leave the ride service vehicle without any compensation
1. Shall keep the ride service vehicle clean
2. Can only enter into or alight from a ride service vehicle at the boarding and alighting point specified in the Platform when the ride booking is confirmed
3. Cannot smoke inside any ride service vehicle
4. Cannot cause nuisance or inconvenience to Chauffeur
5. Unless as agreed by the Company or the Chauffeur, cannot take photo or video recording inside of any ride service vehicle
6. To ensure ride safety, all luggage must be put in close cabin of the ride service vehicle. Trip Link will not accept any overload (Passenger and/or luggage) ride
7. Passenger may be requested to produce proof in order to enjoy ride service
Passengers shall be responsible for any necessary fee or penalty due to repair, cleaning, and/or violation of road user's code, which is caused by the Passenger's misuse or fault. In the event of the Passenger failing to repair, clean, and/or pay for the penalty despite demanded by Trip Link, Trip Link can cause the necessary work to be done or penalty to be settled. The Passenger
Trip Link shall not be responsible for or be held liable for and/or protection of any property items left unattended in any ride service vehicle. If an item is found in any Rider Service vehicle, Trip Link shall use its reasonable efforts to return the item to the rightful owner. However, nothing herein shall prohibit Trip Link's other way of handling the items in reasonable manner, including the right to dispose the item, or to send the item to the police.
All contents (defined here as any texts, audios, music, images, photos and pictures, or any contents containing the above) of the Platform are Trip Link's intellectual property works and hence are protected by intellectual property rights, copyrights laws, and international conventions.
There may be car camera installed in ride service vehicles for video and/or audio recording to protect the right of Trip Link, Chauffeur, and/or Users. User consents the use of the car camera for the benefit of the ride service. Trip Link's use of the recording shall be in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).
Except as expressly provided otherwise, this Agreement is exclusively governed by, and will be construed under, the laws of Hong Kong.
Trip Link makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the Platform or the content of any sites linked from the Platform and assumes no liability or responsibility for any of the following:
1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
2. Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from User’s access to and/or use of the ride service; and
3. Any unauthorized access to and/or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.
Trip Link reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the above terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
